I am in favor of the Transparency Act in California because, as a lifelong resident, I have never seen the level of corruption and lack of accountability that we are experiencing today. We deserve to know where our money is going and to trust that our elected officials are acting in the best interest of the public, not for personal or political gain. It’s time to put an end to the secrecy, demand accountability, and ensure that our hard-earned tax dollars are used responsibly and transparently.
